Observation: Glasswasher tested at 0ppm Cl.
Corrective Action(s): In the interim, you may use single use cups & single use shot glass cups. Reusable cups MAY NOT BE USED until glasswasher has been repaired.

Operator called serviceman at time of inspection who will be in within the next hour. Ask serviceman to label buttons which prime the detergent & sanitizer. Also, seems that one pump was not priming - have this repaired.

Obtain test strips for the sanitizer of choice (at the time of inspection was Iodine, tried to switch to Chlorine - still did not work).

Email inspector picture of test strip to provide proof that it has been fixed

Ensure all bar equipment (including knives, cutting boards, etc) are placed in the glasswasher for sanitizing even if washed in sink.
