Summary of Inspection:
At the inspection dated December 12, 2019 there were 18 children (between 2 of the 3 licensed programs) , the manager and 3 staff present.
At this inspection no contraventions were identified.
No action required by the licensee or Licensing.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed and a copy was provided.
The following education /recommendations were provided:
· Discussed capturing the date and brief comments when documentating reference checks for employees
· Discussed bleach and water solution, using an actual measuring spoon will ensure proper measurements
· Staffing exemptions if an RA will be regularly used in ratio
