General comments - Milk dispensers were serviced on the morning of May 26 - Milk in both machines now are probed to be at 38C - Dishwasher was serviced on the afternoon of May 21st - Low temp dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface - Area around the fryer has been cleaned & sanitized by operator. - Build up of grease & food debris were removed on the side & under the fryer - All violations were resolved.
