Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mini black fridge is still warm. Air temperature is measured to be 7.6oC. Thermometer is available but placed at the top shelf, which temperature is less than 4oC. Second and bottom shelf are both warmer than 4oC.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use cooler. Foods in cooler are discarded.

Observation: While greae is removed next to stove, there is grease still noted under stove by back wall.
Corrective Action(s): Remove grease. It is recommended to install wheels on stove to ease with cleaning in the future.

307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
Observation: It is determined that area next to stand up freezer at the back is not a hole, but a missing baseboard.
Corrective Action(s): Fix area so that all surfaces are easily cleaned, durable, and impervious to moisture.

Observation: Mini black fridge is too warm, at 7.6oC.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure temperature is maintained at 4oC or less. If it cannot be fixed a commercial cooler should be purchased. All equipment used in facility should be commercial grade, not domestic grade.
