Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm,
Dishwasher reached 79 deg C at plate surface.
All refrigeration units were maintaining at or below 4 deg C.
All food items were stored in cabinets or shelves off the floor.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
For all beverage coolers, if there are any perishable food items, these coolers must be included in the temp. log.
General sanitation was satisfactory. Pest control in place.
Hand delivered temporary health permit for upcoming event and also provided a "reminder card" for Food Safe I.
Note: Inquiry regarding allowing dogs in the premises.
