- Follow-up to routine inspection conducted on June 16, 2023. - Bleach sanitizer solution available in designated container and spray bottle at 100 ppm. Good - ensure sanitizer solution is always readily available for use during all hours of operation. - Cleaning under old cooking equipment has been done. - No ants observed in the kitchen. - Bi-weekly pest control servicing (for mice) is in place. Continue monitoring and cleaning mouse droppings on a daily basis and sealing any new holes/entry points. Keep all storage racks and boxes away from the walls such that daily cleaning and sanitizing can be done along perimeter walls. - Operator was registering regular full-time employee in FoodSafe course at time of inspection. Please email a copy of the certificate to the health inspector once completed (within a month).
