Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front sweets cooler was at 10C.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at or below 4C to prevent the growth of pathogens and or the formation of toxins. Cooler was adjusted at the time of inspection to 4C. Ensure cooler temperature is monitored daily

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -15C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Samosas were cooked to greater than 74C.
-Hot potentially hazardous sauces were properly cooled and were less than 4C.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until December 4 2020.
