Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory. Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-Dipper well had running water. Cooked pearls changed every 3 hours- mostly gone before 3 hours.
-Proper cooling procedure observed at this time. Good.
-Tools/equipment (i.e. ice machine) maintained in sanitary condition.
-100-200ppm chlorine available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 76.4'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-Staff on site Foodsafe level 1 certified.
-General food storage practice excellent.

NOTE: Ensure ice scoops are stored in a sanitized container and/or in a manner that the handles do not come in contact with ice to prevent contamination.
