Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bucket of sanitzer under handwash sink in sushi prep area measured to be 50ppm chlorine.
**Corrected during inspection** Operator added bleach to solution. Final measurement 200ppm.

Recommended to purchase test strips to ensure appropriate amount of bleach is used.
Recommended to find out exact volume of bleach to put into bucket of water (0.5 tsp unscented bleach/L water).
