Routine Inspection Conducted
- Kitchen was not in operation during inspection - no food preparation today as students had hot-lunch service. Chef was not available on site.

Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers at or below -19'C
- No hot-holding on site
- Temperature logs are maintained on site
- Food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- General sanitation is excellent during inspection
- Hand washing stations are observed unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Dishwasher available on site. (*Note: not able to test dishwasher during inspection as it was turned off)
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottles measured at 200 - 400 ppm QUATs concentration
- Ice machine, deli slicer and dough mixer observed in food sanitary condition
- Hair nets available on site
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site

Reminder:
- QUATs sanitizer should be prepared at a concentration of 200 ppm QUATs concentration (as directed on the stock bottle)

Follow-up inspection to be conducted on Oct 27, 2023 to ensure dishwasher is functioning
