Routine inspection:

Kitchen still used for catering preparation (weekends )- mostly private and some public functions.
No food storage onsite. Food is purchased on day or night before.
Food storage is in a domestic cooler that is at or below 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -16 degrees C.
Upright cooler at 4 degrees C.
2 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels.
2 compartment sink used for manual warewashing. NSF certified domestic dishwasher available for use.
Reminder that when in operation a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is available for use. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
Permit posted in lobby.

Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers and freezers.
