Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of the food items inside the refrigerated prep table was too warm at 7C/45F
Corrective Action(s): Temperature has been dialed down. Keep the lid of the unit close to keep food cold. Time of the inspection was about 4pm and the restaurant was not busy.

Repair missing and worn floor tiles (under refrigerated prep table and in front of the sinks).
Remove the unused dishwasher. Disposable dishes continue to be used. In the future, before purchasing a new dishwasher, please contact us to determine if it can be approved for use.
General sanitation is good.
Ensure storage of personal items are stored away from food prep counters and shelving units.
Handwashing station is satisfactory.
Temperature of other refrigeration units are satisfactory and thermometers are available.
