Quats spray bottle under counter at beverage station broken. Tested spray bottle at front counter and measured in way excess of 500+ ppm. Measured with high concentration strips at over 1000 ppm. Areas and counters around food should be no more than 200 to 400 ppm solution. **Make sure to follow manufacturers directions for proper quats ratio and label spray bottles accordingly. Walk-in cooler floor needs cleaning and organization. Avoid using intermediate surface to catch spills in dairy area. Clean up and just regularly clean the floor.
