Note: The display sandwich cooler is fluctuated from 5.4 C to 8.4 C at the time of inspection; The temperature of the sandwich cooler is inconsistent.
Temperature log indicates the same issue; and in house cooler thermometer at 8.2 C;
On the morning temperature of the sandwich cooler fluctuated from 3.4 C to 3.8 C;
Please, be aware and address the issue; The temperature of the cooler must be 4.0 C or below all the time.
