Observation: Walk in freezer ambient air temperature approximately -6 degrees C. Observed ice build up on pipe leading to/from cooling unit. Ice buildup also observed on boxes of food product.
Corrective Action(s): Service the walk in cooler. Ensure unit is capable of maintaining -18 degrees C or less. Correct by August 22, 2018.

Routine inspection:

All hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottles and red containers. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
200ppm quats dispensed at 3 compartment sink.
Dishwasher registers 73 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Walk in cooler at 4 degrees C. Attached smaller walk in freezer at -14 degrees C.
Soups reheated on stove at back area.
Under the counter beverage coolers (2) at or below 4 degrees C.
Display case clean.
Display cooler with yogurt and milk at or below 4 degrees C.
All hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
