Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing sink located in pan washer #1 dishwashing area had no paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Paper towels provided. Ensure all hand sinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels at all times to facilitate proper hand washing.

Pan washer #2 (located on west side of facility) was measured at a temperature of 77 degrees C at the utensil surface.
Sanitizer dispensers were tested at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium compounds (quats).
Report was reviewed with Quality Assurance Manager at time of inspection. No signature required.
