- General sanitation is good - Temperatures of refrigeration units in the store and in the back storage area were adequate (<4 for coolers and <-18C for freezers) - Good recordkeeping of temperature log and sanitation log in place - Storage of foods was done in an organized manner; First In First Out in place - No pest activities observed at the time of inspection; serviced by a pest control company on a monthly basis - Receiving area was cluttered with cardboard boxes. The manager noted that the area is de-cluttered by the afternoon on receiving days. - Handsinks available for staff
