Violations outstanding from last inspection:
- prep cooler has not been repaired, but was in use at time of follow up inspection. An insert of deli meat and some shredded cheese was discarded at time of inspection
- sauces put in the malfunctioning lower part of the prep cooler were moved back up to the ice bath above. Keep them here
- Ice maker has not been adequately cleaned and disinfected. Follow instructions from last inspection:
1) Turn off and drain machine
2) Scrub down with warm soapy water and a brush
3) Rinse out soap and debris
4) Sanitize using food grade sanitizer
(Optional rinse after letting sanitizer sit)
5) Turn back on, discard the first few batches of ice.
- chlorine test strips not found at bar area. These are required for your daily glass washer checks
