-Staff with valid food safe training on duty -Temp of all coolers + freezer (<4C, <-18C) respectively - Accurate thermometers noted for all coolers - Paper towels + liquid soap are provided at hand wash sinks - High temp dishwasher temp >71C at plate - Bleach solution in spray bottle >100ppm and in buckets -Storage room is ok - General sanitation is very goods -Temp log sheet is on site and up to date -No sign of pest noted Note: Signature of recipient on report not required at this time due to Covid19 safety protocols.
