-Follow-up inspection to November 21, 2018. -Areas affected by rodent droppings have been cleaned and sanitized. Store Manager does not know if the facility has been serviced by a pest control operator. Facility to email the inspector regarding pest control services. -Continue to monitor facility for pest activity and service as required. -Facility is currently selling sauces packaged at other locations and labelling information is required. At minimum, the following is required: name of the product, ingredients, name and contact information for the facility or warehouse where the food it packaged, packaged on date, and keep refrigerated for items requiring refrigeration. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
