Routine inspection:

Note: roasting of nuts to occur in September. Roasting machine currently being serviced.

Roasting room upstairs 2 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is good.
All food products stored off the floor.

Packaging room downstairs 2 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is also good.
Clean in place for nut packaging machines.
Reminder to use a bleach solution to sanitize work surfaces. "Cups" for weighing to be sanitized in 100ppm bleach at the 2 compartment sink. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.

Warehouse clean and organized.
Pest control services in place. No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection.
Walk in cooler at 4-6 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods stored.
All food stored off the floor.
