302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Noted that 3-comp sink is blocked by a dresser and completely obstructed with items stored in the sinks. Access to 3-compa sink impossible at this date until items moved. This sinks are to be used to wash and sanitize bits and pieces of slurpee machine. Mop sink and washroom sink are unsanitary for cleaning and sanitizing food cantact items. Corrective Action(s): Remove unneeded items from back room and give access to 3- comp sink. Provide adequate space to utilize the sink for wash, rinse and sanitize. Reorganize back room. Date to be corrected by: Immediately Violation Score: 5

Temperature is to be recorded daily and keep records. - Ice cream Freezers measured at -24C. Frost inside the units is to be removed. - No expired food noted. Proper FIFO followed. - Slurpee machine noted clean. See violation note for corrections. - Lighting is adequate.
