Routine inspection conducted:
-Handwash stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-All coolers at 4 deg C or less
-Freezers at -18 deg C or less
Foods in walk in cooler are stored off floor and organized
-Quat sanitizer in spray bottles at 200 ppm QUATS
-Kitchen sanitation good; no signs of pests at time of inspection
-Hot holding at 60 deg C or greater
-High temp dishwasher achieved 77.6 deg C after rinse cycle

**Discussed on site with owner regarding various sauces that are left at room temperature (vindaloo, CJC, etc). Operator has indicated that these sauces do not have any fresh ingredients (no fresh garlic, etc) and arrive to the store pre-made (ie. not made on site). Operator is to provide food safety plan for sauces so they can be reviewed.
