Corrective Action(s): Continue pest treatment with your professional pest control operator. At the end of shift, clean and vacuum floors and tables to remove any potential food source. Send the recent pest control report to the Environmental Health Officer. Correct by: today.

Observation: One missing tile observed in the wall under the 3 compartment sink. This is an outstanding violation.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the tile to ensure wall is properly sealed off. Correct by: Aug 4, 2020.

Observation: Sanitation plan does did not reflect the current sanitation procedures for the juice machine.

Follow-up inspection:
- New glue traps observed on site. Cockroach activities noticed on the trap.
- Manager stated the juicer machine were being cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours.
- Hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer set up at the 3 compartment sink.
- Foodsafe requirement met at the time of inspection.
- Covid19 Safety Plan available on site. Maximum number of customer on site indicated on the front door (5 customers).
