-Follow-up inspection to June 30, 2020.
-Manual slicers were found to be clean and sanitary. Ensure slicers are properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing at the end of each day.
-Bleach sanitizer levels were at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Ensure staff who hand food properly change their gloves when they become contaminated.
-Back door was kept closed at the time of inspection.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

-Facility has reopened for dine-in. Facility is currently alternating tables/booths to allow for 2m physical distancing between parties. Facility does not allow more than 6 patrons per table.
-Facility has posted maximum seating capacity at the front entrance.
-COVID-19 Safety Plan must also be posted at the facility and must be accessible for staff, patrons who come on-site for work, and customers.
-Ensure all requirements of the most recent Order are following for dine-in.
