- Premises and equipment maintained in sanitary condition. Minor amount of build up/debris noted along edges of floor - ensure these areas are cleaned/scrubbed as part of routine cleaning.
- Handwashing stations in food preparation areas and in staff washroom were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Available public washroom was maintained with liquid soap and air dryer for handwashing. Other public washroom closed for maintenance at time of inspection.
- All coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder)

- Time tracking labels in place for bacon
- Ice machine (back) and ice bin (front service area) appeared clean/maintained. Ice scoops stored in sanitary manner.
- Stirring spoons kept in ice water.
- High temperature dishwasher was operational and met required temperature to sanitize dishes. Final rinse temperature at dish surface measured 72C
- Quats sanitizer solution in 3 compartment sink and in pails with wiping cloths measured 200pm. Test strips present for checking concentration.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of the inspection. Pest control contract is in place with monthly service.
- Foodsafe requirement met at time of the inspection.
