General Comments
Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Dishwasher reached 71 oC at the plate level upon final rinse cycle (min/max probe thermometer)
***Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle at 500 ppm - Test strips are provided- Ensure to use this sanitizer for hard surface/high touch area in dining area and washroom-Label is according to use.
*** Use 100 ppm for any food contact surface area in kitchen
No signs of pests observed. Pest-control sticky traps for insects observed throughout- Pest control service /once every 2 months
All coolers operating at </=4 C
All freezers operating at </= -18C
Accurate thermometers provided
Temperature log sheet is maintained daily for coolers, freezers and dishwasher
No hot-holding observed during the inspection
Foods are labelled, covered, FIFO in-effect and foods stored 6" off the ground

Discussed Covid-19 Safety plan:Max capacity inside is 18 and outside 13 posted- staff wearing mask and gloves in kitchen- Coffee /mike and cream are served by staff- plexiglass is provided at cash register- floor signs are noted -
***Recommended to have more visual signs for adhering to 2 meter distance for customers in patio and inside
Bleach solution 500 ppm to be used for disinfecting high touch surface areas in dining and washroom- door handles etc
***Discussed daily employee screening re: covid-19 symptoms
