Observation: 1. Mop bucket (not observed in active use during the inspection) was noted with dirty mop water and had the mop stored in the bucket during the inspection.
2. Cardboards noted to lined the floor in the facility.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Discard the dirty mop water. Dirty mop water must be discarded immediately after use to avoid the standing water from attracting/ breeding flies.
2. Remove all cardboards use to line the floor in the facility. All surfaces in the facility must be smooth, imprevious to moisture and easily cleanable - cardboards are not allowed to be used as liners. Cardboards could become a harbourage area and food source for potential pests.

Observation: Black organic buildup noted on the edge of the door of the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the door frame of the walk-in cooler to remove any visible buildup. Maintain the cleanliness of this area when cleaning the walk-in cooler.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were storing food at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were storing food at -18C or below.
General sanitation excellent - especially the deep fryers and fume hoods.
2 sanitizer spray bottles and 1 sanitizer containers available. All detected with 200 PPM chlorine residual.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 certificate verified - expires April 13, 2026.
