- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - High-temperature dishwasher reached 71.5C at dish surface during rinse cycle - good. Note: Booster has been replaced. - Quats sanitizer available at 200 ppm in spray bottle - All coolers measured at 4C or colder - Food storage practices satisfactory - Area with storage racks/upright cooler maintained in sanitary condition - Ventilation canopy maintained in sanitary condition - Floors under cooking equipment were noted to be free of grease and food debris accumulation - good. - Cabinets/cupboards were maintained in sanitary conditions - no rodent droppings in cupboards noted at time of inspection - Floors in dishwashing area have been repaired and re-finished - ensure regular re-painting is done as needed. - Pest control is in place - facility is using a different company from before. *Please email pest control reports/invoices to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca - Back screen door in good condition. *Please continue monitoring walls for any new holes/gaps, and seal as necessary.
