Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot water faucet knob at handwash station is broken and staff have been washing their hands in cold water.
Corrective Action(s): This is not acceptable. Cold water will not be able to remove any grease/oils that may be on staff member's hands. Owner has indicated that the sink will be repaired today. In the mean time, staff should be washing hands in the 3 compartment sink with warm water until the handsink in the sandwich area is repaired.
