Observations:
-Back door was closed during time of inspection.
-The seal is not fully tight on the back door. Operator mentioned that measurements have been taken and that photos will be sent to the health inspector when the repair is complete. Operator also mentioned that parts are on back order due to COVID-19 pandemic.
-Bleach sanitizer measured at 200ppm chlorine.
