The following items have been observed: -->Ceiling tiles are now in place -->Cardboard above dishwashing sinks has been removed -->Items not required in facility have been removed -->Liquid handsoap and paper towel in dispensers are available at dishwashing sinks Note: 1. Staff washroom currently is used as storage; however, fixtures are still in place. Fraser Health has no objection to have staff washroom turned into a storage room, provided all other agencies are ok and fixtures (ie. sink, toilet) are removed. 2. Reviewed original approved floor plan and 3-compartment sink plus commercial dishwasher are approved in the plan. Operator has two options: a) fix the commercial dishwasher so that all equipment in facility is in good working order; or b) Remove commercial dishwasher and install a wider and deeper 3-compartment dishwashing sink. Do not make changes until operator sends an email to Fraser Health advising on which option to choose.
