Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (1) 3-compartment sink leaks water and is turned off. Repair sink to allow for cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils.
2)Bleach sanitizer spray bottle stored in washroom. Sanitizer must be kept in food preparation area to sanitizer food contact surfaces.

-Follow up inspection to July 07, 2017.
-Health application form completed. Identity of legal owner verified by BC Driver's Licence.
-Health permit fee of $112.50 paid for July 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018 (Cheque 000262 TD Canada Trust).
-Operator has FoodSafe Level 1 (issued Sept 26, 2007). Certificate will expire July 29, 2018. To renew staff must either complete a FoodSafe level 1 course or refresher course (foodsafe.ca)
-3-compartment sink has been serviced and was working at the time of inspection. Sink must be prepared with 100ppm bleach at all items during operating hours.
-Upright cooler (silver) has been serviced and was at 4C.
-Operator has a logbook to track when potentially hazardous foods were placed into display cabinet and when items are discarded (items stored between 4C to 60C for one hour).
-Single use plastic trays will be discarded after each use. Once plastic boards are used up. They will be replaced with a cardboard single use tray.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm. Water spray bottle properly labelled.
-Paper towel dispenser will need to be mounted on wall.

-Conditions of the Public Health Act Closure Order Issued July 7, 2017 have been met. Order is rescinded and facility may reopen.
-Facility is given Health Approval to operate. note; this approval does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other agencies.
