(Sandwich cooler 5.8C, and under counter cooler). - Back storage cooler at 4C or below. Display cooler at 4C or below. - Front drinks cooler and Front 2-Door cooler at 4C or below. - Splash guard / barrier for dishwashing area to be installed next week - operator to notify Environmental Health Officer once completed - Sanitary facilities: Ensure fully supplied with soap / hand drying method in place, prior to opening. - Coffee Roaster: Additional guard for coffee roasting area required to be installed. * Operator to provide at timeline for completion ~ 2 weeks ** Health Approval Granted ** Note: This does not exempt you from obtaining approval from other applicable departments / agencies.
