ITEMS CORRECTED: - Sanitizer buckets within expiration dates and labelled - Staff had formally checked and recorded sanitizer/dishwasher had received checks for previous 2 days - Dishwasher had been serviced on Tuesday. Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 50ppm Chlorine - Sanitizer solution at concentrations of 200ppm QUAT at dispensing unit - Handsinks adequately supplied with liquid soap and paper towels - Cleaning has occurred ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Staff had not yet checked dishwasher or sanitizer dispensing unit for the day. This needs to be done early in the morning so that if there is a problem the technician can be called to service the areas right away. Ensure these areas are checked each morning.
