Followup inspection to Rpt # 247745: Quats being dispensed at 200-400ppm at the chemical dispensing station. *Obtain test strips to verify concentration. Quats 200-400ppm available for use in spray bottles and containers throughout premise. For containers, reminder to store wiping cloths in solution when not in use. *Re-label spray bottles as quats sanitizer. No food products observed displayed outside of sneeze guards in buffet area. *Reminder to store all food products in the buffet area under a sneeze guard. Back food preparation area hand sink cold water tap replacement on order and to be serviced by a plumber. In the interim additional hand sink in area available for staff use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
