-Follow-up inspection to August 22, 2023. -Quats sanitizer dispenser has been serviced and was at 200ppm. Facility has Quats sanitizer test strips for staff to test the concentration of the sanitizer. Monitor sanitizer strength and ensure it is maintained at 200ppm. -Front handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Sanitizer spray bottles were properly labelled to identify their contents. -Facility is planning to offering prepared foods on-site. Prior to preparing foods on-site, facility must submit floor plans, food safety/sanitation plans, FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent certificates and receive a health permit to operate. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
