(1) Chicken stored on top of panini grill . Panini grill i snot to be used as a hot holding unit
(2) Hot plate not capable of keeping beef rolls at 60 deg C . No lids used o rproduct will get soggy

(2) Bee rolls are discardrd after 4 hours. Make only limited supply. The hot plate holding unit Needs lid to function properly. Ensure items have lid when not in use
