Small pastry display - no potentially hazardous food stored. Crock pots: vegetable soup 62 C, cream soup 69 C, chili 80 C. Prep cooler, insert level: turkey 4 C, cheddar 4 C; undercompartment 4 C. Chest freezer -19 C. Beverage air undercounter dairy cooler 1 C. Kitchen Handsink fully stocked with hot and cold running water available. Standup freezer -16 C. Standup display cooler not currently in use as staff advised it was unable to maintain temperatures --> you can use for non-potentially hazardous items if needed. Walk-in cooler 0 C. Chili 70 C. Tomato slicer & deli slicer in satisfactory condition. High temperature dishwasher 83 C gauge, 71 C plate level. General No signs of pest activity observed. From previous routine: unused items (deli slicer, some bins) have been removed from premises.
