General:
- handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- dishwasher reached 72C at final rinse cycle AFTER six runs
> waterproof thermometer available - test your dishwasher every day and ensure it can reach 71C during the final rinse cycle
- ice machine appears in sanitary condition

Note: fish for poke must be purchased from a supplier that has frozen the fish to proper temperatures. This facility is not equipped to complete the parasite destruction step and it must be done by an approved supplier.
Note: staff stated that red cart with frying pans and gas stove is for staff food only. Ensure that no raw meats are cooked (regardless if its for staff or customers) as there is no ventilation system in this facility.
