Routine inspection: warehouse storage of dry products and packaged goods. No food processing at this location. Walk in cooler at or below 4 degrees C. 13 vacuum packed "Drysteam Beef" products that appears to have undergone sous vide cooking observed stored in the walk in cooler. Warehouse manager at the time of inspection unable to produce an invoice for these products. All products placed on HOLD and are not be sold/distributed and removed from the premise. Photos taken.
