Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 buckets filled with sliced onions were stored at room temperature. Operator was notified and immediately placed them in the walk-in cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No food contact surface sanitizer was prepared at the time of inspection. Operator immediately filled a bucket with bleach solution and a cloth to use for sanitation. The solution achieved 200ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure a food contact surface sanitizer is prepared and ready-to-use at all times

Observation: Fume hood requires cleaning and sanitation due to build-up of grease and debris. Operator has an appointment for service scheduled for May 10, 2022.
Corrective Action(s): Remove, clean and sanitize the dettachable compartments of the fume hood to remove grease and food debris. Clean this area frequently to avoid excessive build-up.

-All cooler units (walk-in cooler, prep cooler, and display coolers) are all at or below 4C
-One display cooler is using time control for their potentially hazardous foods. Prepare and submit a Food Safety Plan for this method of storage before May 03, 2022.
-Freezer trunk is below -18C
-Dry storage is satisfactory
-2 compartment sink is used appropriately, and bleach chlorine is on-site for sanitation
-Hand wash station is fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water
