-Recommend placing all foods in dry storage in sealed, pest proof containers. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests, pest control report available on site. Bleach sanitizer was at 100 ppm. The dishwasher reached 71 C at the plate level. General sanitation was satisfactory.
