Comments

-All handsinks in kitchen (near prep cooler and dishwashing area) and washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk-in cooler, upright cooler and prep coolers are less than 4C
- Two freezer units in the basement are less than -18C
- Hot holding unit is greater than 60C
- Dry storage area (in the basement) is satisfactory
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 75C during final rinse cycle at the dishsurface
- Chlorine sanitizer in buckets is measured at 100ppm residual
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- Foodsafe requirement is met at the time of inspection
- A small hall is available for parties in the basement, but the bar in the basement is not in use.

NOTE: No handsink in available in bar area (old building). Discussed the handwashing procedures with the manager and that it is extremely important for staff to wash hands (at the kitchen sink) before, after serving and on regular basis throughout the service at bar area
Note: Main temperature logs on consistent basis, missing a lot of days in Jan and Feb
