-Follow-up inspection to August 21, 2019. -3-compartment sink has been serviced and is not longer leaking water. Continue to monitor sink for additional leaks. -Operator has 3 sink plugs which properly hold water. -Plastic sheeting has been installed in cake area. Wall is smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. -Packaged foods will still require labels. -Facility is given Health Approval to operate. Note: this approval does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other agencies. Prior to making any structural or operational changes to the facility approval from the Health Department may be required. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
