ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Back door requires pest proofing. Obtain and install door sweep that is tight fitting to prevent against the entry of pests - Food items found in side dry storage area that appear to be from food preparation. Exposed food items on rolling cart observed. Remove cart from this area. As discussed during last inspection there is to be no food preparation in this area as area lacks hand sink. Food storage only - Email or physically provide EHO a copy of bar floorplan renovations. The bar area has changed since opening and floorplan is required for review and records. Please ensure floorplans are labeled properly and showing all equipment including sinks
