Wine-making (U-Vin) business. Note: Any future renovations or changes to this facility will require hot water to be provided at the front area hand washing sink. In the meantime, the hand washing station at the back can be used. Hot and cold running water is provided, along with liquid soap and paper towels, at back hand sink and at the washroom hand sink. Second sink is available at the back. Hose has a backflow preventer (as per operator). Premises is well-organized. Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
