Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access

NOTE: one bag sugar stored on shelves next to Walk-in freezer downstairs --> Keep all dry foods in the Dry Storage Room where the shelves are all painted/sealed. The shelves next to the Walk-in freezer is raw wood -only disposables/plates okay for storage there
