Ensure all labelled spray bottles are maintained at 200 ppm QUATS. Sanitizer jug noted at 200 ppm QUATS. Do not dilute source chemical. 2) Missing sink plugs in 3 comp sink for dishwashing. Follow up inspection to report #F00241020 -Bottles of 200 ppm QUATS noted in labelled bottles -3 sink plugs noted for 3 comp dishwashing sink. -Gap under back door (public access) sealed with door sweep *Gap still noted under double back loading door - fill in -Kitchen has been cleaned in hard to reach areas -Exposed raw wood has been sealed with stain -Paper towel dispensor repaired and in use -Drying rack installed next to 3 comp sink -Sanitation Plan (SP) received, reviewed and feedback provided. Owner will update and sent to Fraser Health -Food stored in food grade plastic bag not garbage bag -Chlorine test strips available for testing sanitizer in 3rd comp sink (50 - 100 ppm chlorine)
