Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CNESSU5. All violations in report#JCHY-CNESSU5 have been corrected. -Exhaust hood vents observed to be in sanitary condition. Ensure weekly cleaning of exhaust hood vents are conducted to prevent grease build-up. -Stand-up cooler have been converted into dry storage unit being stored in dry storage area observed to be in sanitary condition. Handwashing sink well equipped hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
